Overview
The Eagle County Leadership Academy is a year long experience for individuals looking to enhance their leadership capabilities and connect with like-minded professionals in Eagle County.
Inside First Certificate
Each participant will have the opportunity to earn and Inside First Leadership Certificate by completing 7 courses throughout the year. Course are offered at convenient locations and multiple times each year to make earning the Certificate achievable for all participants.

- Developing Trust
- Personal Integrity
- Ethical Scaffolding
- Skilled Communicator
- The Practice of Inside First
Who Should Register?
Individuals looking to elevate their performance
Managers looking to build higher levels of engagement within their team
Professionals looking to network with others in their field

- 10:00 a.m. Course Presentation
- 11:00 a.m. Interactive Group Discussion
- 12:00 p.m. Lunch

Location
The courses will be delivered at different public entities throughout the Valley.
Cost: $675
Includes all course materials, facilitation, and lunch during each session.
